The Sunday 11:00 am Reading Service is led by a lay member of the Las Vegas Meditation Group. Included in the service are reading of passages from the Bible and the Bhagavad Gita, with scriptural interpretations and other writings by Paramahansa Yogananda. The content of each reading is provided by Self-Realization Fellowship. These inspirational readings, together with chanting, silent meditation, and prayer, make up a balanced service that meets the needs of both longtime SRF members and those who are new to the path. All are welcome.

*Energization is a method of exercise that teaches an individual to control the flow of energy throughout the body. These exercises are based on the principle of drawing cosmic energy, or life force (prana), into the body by the power of will. They are taught in the Self-Realization Fellowship Lessons.
